Award-winning creator Stewart St John and indie studio Wonkybot Entertainment are redefining how premium audio storytelling is experienced. Their globally successful flagship series, Tara Tremendous, has relaunched as a cinematic audio series on YouTube, featuring more than 55 episodes across its four seasons, with remastered episodes presented in a 4K visual format.
In a notable strategic shift, Wonkybot has moved Tara Tremendous away from traditional podcast platforms. The series is now a platform-native, serialized YouTube experience, with episodes rolling out twice weekly beginning this month.
A Cinematic Legacy Reimagined Originally released as an audio series created, written, and directed by St John, Tara Tremendous features a cast of more than sixty voice performers. The production includes celebrity guest talent such as:
- Linda Gray (Dallas)
- Sarah Douglas (Superman I & II)
- Deborah Kennedy (A Place To Call Home)
The new YouTube presentation enhances the fan experience with high-resolution visual environments. This is not a simple repost, but a reimagined presentation designed specifically for the platform, featuring enhanced visuals, pacing, and a serialized release strategy.
St John, said:
“Tara Tremendous was always conceived as cinematic storytelling in audio form. Podcast platforms were an incredible way to introduce it to audiences, but YouTube now allows us to present it the way it was always meant to be experienced — as an ongoing, serialized event”.
Season 5 and the Biggest Mystery Wonkybot will premiere the long-anticipated Season 5 exclusively on YouTube. This new season will deliver 12 all-new episodes and provide long-awaited answers to the series’ biggest mystery following the dramatic Season 4 finale cliffhanger. The story will address the catastrophic crash and the confirmed loss of key characters that has fueled fan speculation for years.
Expanding the Tremendous Universe The relaunch signals a broader strategy for Wonkybot, which plans to transition additional titles into the cinematic audio format. This includes Tremendous Boy, a parallel-universe spinoff.
Beyond audio, the Tara Tremendous property is highly active:
- Musical: A 20-song musical presentation performed in New York and later featured in a touring production.
- Film: Currently in development as a feature film, with plans to shoot in Australia.
