Representing the vibrant creative landscape of Hong Kong, the studio will be stationed at the Hong Kong Pavilion (Stand C.51, MIFA Market, located next to the Impérial Palace).

Reclaiming Chinese Food Culture in Global Animation
While Chinese cuisine is celebrated worldwide, “Tai Lung Fung – Full Throttle Kitchen” breaks this historical gap as the very first animation centered on Chinese food culture to be produced in the Hong Kong region.
It breaks this mold, reclaiming the narrative with an authentic, homegrown perspective. Rooted deeply in genuine Chinese food culture, this fantasy animation short film serves as a proof of concept for a grander vision: the development of a long-form animation series that blends rich culinary traditions with high-octane fantasy elements.
Driving Innovation with the “3rd Future Animation” Scheme
The creation of Tai Lung Fung – Full Throttle Kitchen was made possible through the crucial funding and support of the “3rd Future Animation – AI-assisted Animation Production Support Scheme”. Organised by the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association Limited (HKDEA), and supported by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) as the Lead Sponsor.
