Twilight’s End, the latest production from Studio Fortiche, has been selected for the Video Games Cinematics & Trailers Competition at MIFA 2026, the Annecy International Animation Film Festival’s dedicated programme celebrating excellence in video game cinematics and trailers.
The showcase brings together some of the industry’s most innovative and technically accomplished productions, highlighting the growing convergence between animation and interactive entertainment. Twilight’s End’s selection reflects this trend and further reinforces Fortiche’s reputation as one of the leading studios working at the intersection of cinematic storytelling, visual innovation and video game content.
The project’s presence in this year’s line-up is particularly significant in light of the studio’s recent success at Annecy: in 2025, Blood, Sweat & Tears, created by Riot Games in collaboration with Fortiche, received the Jury Prize in the same category, contributing to the increasing recognition of video game animation within the festival.
Twilight’s End will be screened on June 23 at the Europe Hall of the Impérial Palace in Annecy as part of the programme dedicated to video game cinematics and trailers, further reflecting the festival’s growing attention to animation created for gaming and digital entertainment.
