Brussels Animation Valley arrives at Annecy 2026 with four screen brussels-supported productions selected for the festival’s official programme: the Belgian presence spans several sections of the event, from feature films to TV specials, offering a snapshot of the creative and production diversity that characterises Brussels’ animation sector today.
Among the highlighted titles are the feature films Le Corset and Yugly (Mochy) – the latter holds a particularly prominent place in the 2026 edition of the festival, having been selected as the opening film of the Annecy Presents section, a showcase featuring some of the year’s most anticipated works. The selection also includes two television productions: La Grande Révasion and Patouille et Momo – Le Bananier, both featured in the TV Specials category.
Beyond the official screenings, Annecy will also provide an important meeting point for studios, producers and professionals from the Brussels Animation Valley; in particular, during MIFA, the delegation will be present to showcase new projects, meet international partners and develop new collaboration opportunities.
With four selected works and an active presence at the market, Brussels will once again be among the most represented European animation hubs at the festival, reflecting the growing international profile of its animation industry.
